We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed after 2.00pm will be shipped the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Within Australia, orders are sent via Australia Post or other trusted couriers. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $60. For orders under $60, standard shipping is $12.50, or express shipping is available for $15.50

Delivery times vary depending on your location, and once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside our direct control.

International shipping may be available to selected countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Whilst we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, delays can sometimes occur that are beyond our control.

We want you to feel confident shopping with Mankind Makeup for Men and we take great care to ensure every order leaves in perfect condition.

If your product arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is incorrect, you are entitled to a refund or replacement under Australian Consumer Law. Please notify us within 30 days through our Contact Us page with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange to send you the correct product so we can assist you. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and may ask for the incorrect product to be returned.

For change-of-mind returns, products must be unopened, in their original packaging and returned within 7 days of receiving your order. Return postage for change-of-mind is your responsibility. Opened or used products cannot be accepted unless they are faulty.

Shade Selection:~ We understand that choosing the right shade online can be challenging. Please note that shade suitability is considered a personal preference and is not classified as a fault under Australian Consumer Law.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for opened or used cosmetic products where the shade selected is not suitable. In some cases and at our discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement shade as a goodwill gesture to help ensure the best possible match.

If you experience a skin reaction, please contact us within 7 days through our Contact Us page. We may request details about your experience, including the product used, the date of use and any symptoms, so we can investigate further. Returns for skin reactions are assessed individually on a case-by-case basis.

All returns must include a completed Returns Form. This ensures your order can be identified and processed quickly.

Refunds or replacements are made to the original payment method once the product has been inspected and approved. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

All prices on our website are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Afterpay. Your order will be dispatched once payment has been successfully received.

All payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers. We do not store your card details.

If you are ordering from outside Australia, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction charges. These are outside our control.
